Three-Phase Transformers

Description

Our hermetic three-phase transformers, immersed in mineral oil, feature natural cooling (ONAN) and comply with the CEI -76 standard. They offer a power range from 25 to 3150 kVA and are available in various voltage classes ranging from 7.2 kV to 30 kV.
Superior Quality Windings:
The HT windings are made of electrolytic copper grade 2 with an enameled circular section, while the BT windings are wound with electrolytic copper in rectangular section wrapped with paper or foil. These windings undergo drying and impregnation treatments for excellent resistance to electrodynamic forces and improved insulation.
High-Performance Magnetic Circuit
The magnetic circuit consists of high-quality oriented magnetic sheets, insulated on both sides with carlyte, an inorganic oxide that withstands high temperatures and hot oil. Thanks to the high-quality materials and rigorous controls, our transformers exhibit reduced losses. Additionally, the use of epoxy varnish and minimized air gaps ensures an extremely low noise level.
Robust Tank Design
Our tanks are built with reinforced steel plates and cooling fins. They undergo surface treatment through sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphating before applying an epoxy powder coat (RAL 7036). This welded design ensures the robustness and tightness of the transformers
Stringent Manufacturing Process
Our assembly line and tunnel oven ensure meticulous assembly of the active part (windings and magnetic circuit) at a temperature of 120°C to guarantee optimal quality.
Superior Insulation Quality
The transformers are vacuum-filled with new mineral oil, offering a dielectric rigidity greater than 70 kV (CEI 156). All our transformers undergo individual testing in accordance with UTE and CEI standards.
